Pudina Sherbet (Green Mint Sherbet)

Ingredients :

  1. Pudina (mint) leaves
  2. Nimbu (Lemon) 2
  3. Jeera (Cumin) powder
  4. Gur (Jaggery)
  5. Senda Namak (Black Salt)
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Adrak (Ginger)

Apparatus Required : Mixer Grinder


  1. Add all ingredients in the mixer and grind together with water.
  2. Chill and serve.

Note :

  1. This recipe is super for the summer- Indian ones especially. Cooling and refreshing properties because of the mint leaves.
  2. All the ingredients have to be added according to taste. Remember that when too much cumin powder is added then it might add a slight bitterness to the sherbet.
